Q: Do we have to get a package or can we just do court time?
A: You can rent just the court time without any food or beverage packages. However, no outside food or beverage is allowed. There are restrictions for the month of December. Please call your events coordinator for further information.
Q: Can we bring in our own food and/or beverages?
A: Outside Beverages are never allowed. All three WhirlyBall locations do not allow outside food unless renting the entire facility.
Q: Are minors allowed in the facility?
A: In Chicago, after 5:00 PM you must be able to present a valid photo ID that proves you are over 21 years old. Minors will be allowed in the facility during reserved court time only and they will only be allowed on the courts, not in the main part of the facility.
Q: Can we just walk-in and play a pick up game?
A: As long as there are no other reservations and referee staff is on duty, then walk-ins are welcome to purchase court time at $15 per person per 1/2 hour. Please keep in mind that after 5:00 PM our Chicago location requires minors to exit the facility when they are not utilizing WhirlyBall or LaserTron.
Q: How can I purchase a Gift Card?
A: If you decide to purchase your gift card through our secured website, then please fill out the entire form online as follows:
• Select Gift Card under location drop down.
• Booking #: Gift Card or GC.
• Guest Comments: Include the details of how you would like the gift card to read. Specifically, the recipients name and who the gift card is from, number of gift cards you would like, and what dollar value you would like the gift cards to be.
