FAQ
Can you bring in your own food for your event at WhirlyBall?
Due to health and safety reasons for our guests, we do not allow outside food and beverages to be brought in for your event. The only exception is you may bring in a store-bought birthday cake for your child’s birthday party.
Do you offer complimentary parking?
Yes, all of our facilities offer complimentary parking in a lot for you and your guests at your event.
What size groups can you accommodate?
We can accommodate any size group from 2 to 1,000 people. Groups above 30 will need a customized proposal, otherwise use our online reservation tool to book your WhirlyBall event.
What can my group do while others are playing WhirlyBall?
Each WhirlyBall location has many different activities to play besides WhirlyBall. We offer LaserTag, Bowling, HyperBowling, and Pop-Up Games. Each location has different options, so please discuss your event experience options with your event services manager.
How much time do I get for activities when I make a reservation?
WhirlyBall is one hour minimum, LaserTag or Bowling are reserved in increments of 30 minutes. All activity time includes rules and & safety instructions from our referees or staff as part of your reservation. For example: A half hour of LaserTag includes 10 minutes of Rules & Safety + 20 minutes of Play Time. 1 Hour of WhirlyBall or LaserTag includes 10 minutes of Rules & Safety + 50 minutes of Play Time. 2 Hours of WhirlyBall or LaserTag includes 10 minutes of Rules & Safety + 110 minutes of Play Time
Do you have meeting spaces available?
We have multiple event spaces that can accommodate groups of 10 to 1000 for meetings or corporate gatherings. We have state-of-the-art A/V built into our many of our main event spaces. We have daytime team building packages or can customize an event based on your event’s goals.

How early should I arrive for my event?
It is recommended that you and your guests arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time in order to ensure all guests have arrived and are ready to play WhirlyBall. Due to the scheduling of spaces, you will not be able to access your reserved space before the 15 minute arrival time.
